1 small bowl of ribs |
dry red dates pitted , few |
1 bunch if watercress , washed and chopped |
Directions:
1. Boil and simmer the ribs along with the dates . 2. Blanch and add the watercress . 3. Once cooked , check the salt . 4. Serve HOT . |
