Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh watercress, stemmed and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 green onion, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 cup whipping cream
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides; cover and chill.
