Works excellently on top of grilled fish but also good with pasta and new potatoes. Ingredients:
85 g watercress |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil |
1 garlic clove |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place everything in a food processor. 2. Blend with 2 tbsp water to a smooth paste. 3. season to taste. |
