1/3 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese |
2 1/2 tablespoons butter |
2 1/2 eggs |
2/3 cup watercress, rinsed well and chopped |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
3 cups bread flour |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
2/3 cup green peas, cooked |
Directions:
1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the peas during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished. |
