Ingredients:
2 bunches watercress, leaves only, roughly chopped |
1 cup sour cream |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
dash hot pepper sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 cup mayonnaise, preferably homemade |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the watercress, sour cream, lemon juice, tabasco, salt, and pepper. Puree until smooth, then transfer to a bowl and stir in the mayonnaise. |
