A great butter to use on vegetables, breads, or pastas. You can easily exchange 3 ounces of cream cheese for the butter if you would like a thicker consistency. Ingredients:
1/2 bunch fresh watercress leaf |
1/2 cup soft butter |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon salt, to taste |
1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. 2. Mix on high speed for 30 seconds. |
