This one came from my dad. I don't know if it's his creation or he had it somewhere. Anyway, it's something quick and refreshing for a summer meal.
Ingredients:
1 cup loosely packed watercress
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
olive oil
salt
Directions:
1. Just mix all the ingredients with a blender until the watercress is well chopped.
2. Enjoy.
