2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 slice wheat bran bread
1 slice swiss cheese
4 sprigs watercress
Directions:
1. Blend together may oand mustard. Spread over bread slice.
2. Place cheese on bread. Cut sandwich in half.
3. Arrange 2 sprigs of watercress on top of each piece.
