2 thinly sliced scallions |
1 teaspoon of minced fresh coriander |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
3 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons wasabi |
6 tablespoons unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. Combine scallion, coriander, lime juice, soy and wasabi paste to a sauce pan and bring to a boil and then remove from heat and whisk in butter. 2. Remove from heat and serve. |
