A way to spice up your basic mashed potatoes. We serve these with seared tuna most often but great with other dishes. Ingredients:
3 cups cooked mashes russet potatoes |
3 tablespoons wasabi powder |
1/4 cup heavy cream |
4 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine the cream and wasabi powder and blend well. 2. Mix into the mashed potatoes 3. Add the butter and salt to taste. |
