This makes a small amount. Ingredients:
1 russet potato |
1 tablespoon butter |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon wasabi powder |
Directions:
1. Peel potato. 2. Place the potato in a pot of cold water brint to a boil and cook until fork tender. If you're in a hurry like I usually am cut the potato into 1/2 cubes before placing it into the water. 3. Remove from heat and mash well. 4. Add butter, salt, salt & pepper, powdered garlic, and wasabi powder. 5. Mix well. |
