From Clean Eating Magazine. Ingredients:
2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered |
1/3 cup low-fat sour cream |
up to 1/2 cup low-fat milk |
1/2-1 tablespoon wasabi paste |
sea salt |
ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in a small pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook until the potatoes are tender and then drain. 2. Add sour cream, milk (add enough to make desired thickness), and wasabi paste to potatoes; mash well. 3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and keep warm until serving. |
