We LOVE Wasabi and use it on many different things. This is from Guy Fieri.
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons wasabi powder
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer fitted with a paddle. Beat on high until mixture froms stiff peaks, about 5 minutes.
2. Best served immediately but can be refrigerated until needed.
