We LOVE Wasabi and use it on many different things. This is from Guy Fieri. Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
2 tablespoons wasabi powder |
2 tablespoons rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer fitted with a paddle. Beat on high until mixture froms stiff peaks, about 5 minutes. 2. Best served immediately but can be refrigerated until needed. |
