Wasabi Aioli serves as a pungent condiment to fish, veggie burgers, meats, and sandwiches. Ingredients:
1 egg yolk |
1 tablespoon wasabi paste |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/3 cup canola oil |
1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Gradually add oil, whisking constantly. Whisk in soy sauce and 1 tablespoon water. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
