Recipe started from book Blissful Detox. I didnt have all of the ingredients and I have made my own tweaks. Ingredients:
4 1/4 cups steel cut oats |
1 3/4 cups old fashioned oats |
1 cup flax seed |
1 cup sweetened coconut |
1 cup pine nuts |
1/2 cup walnuts |
1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds |
2 cups dried dates, chopped |
1 cup dried cranberries |
blackberry |
cherries |
soymilk |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients and put in air tight container. 2. Serve with soy milk, topped with fresh fruit of your choice. 3. Soak muslei in the soy milk for 10-20 minutes before serving. |
