Warm White Chocolate Cookie Bits

These butter cookies are filled with the delectable taste and texture of chocolate chips and chopped toasted pecans. Every bite is divine!!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir well to blend.
2. Cream butter, sugars, egg and vanilla together thoroughly. Add flour mixture and beat until combined. Add chocolate chips and pecans.
3. Shape dough into 4 rolls about 1 1/2 -inches in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and freeze in plastic freezer bag or airtight container.
4. Remove desired amount of cookie dough from freezer and allow it to set at room temperature for at least 15 minutes for easier slicing.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F Line a baking with parchment paper.
6. Slice dough into 1/2-inch slices. Cut each slice into quarters. Place dough on prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake in preheated oven 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
