1/4 cup raisins |
1/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds |
2 tablespoons grape juice |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix oats, raisins, walnuts, sunflower seeds, grape juice, and maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl. 2. Cook in microwave oven on High until hot, about 30 seconds. |
