This is my interpretation of a salad served at Beverly Hills Grill in Beverly Hills, Michigan Ingredients:
2 pounds tenderloin, beef, sliced 1/2 thick |
4 cups lettuce leaves, assorted, torn into bite-sized pieces |
1/2 each red onions, thinly sliced |
4 ounces crumbled bleu cheese |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
1/2 cup balsamic salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except tenderloin slices. Toss salad to evenly distribute salad dressing. Grill or broil tenderloin slices until medium-rare. Place a bed of salad on individual dinner plates and top with 2-3 slices tenderloin. |
