Warm Spinach Salad with Eggs and Bacon (Sandra Lee)

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil and vinegar dressing
4 cups bagged baby spinach
1 cup quartered artichoke hearts
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 cup crumbled real bacon pieces
Directions:
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat dressing in microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, eggs, and bacon. Pour warm dressing over top and toss to dress salad.
3. Serve immediately.
