This lighter version of a hot spinach dip is great with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables. Ingredients:
1 pkg(10oz)frozen chopped spinach,thawed and squeezed dry |
4 oz. fat-free cream cheese |
1/2c shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese |
1/2c reduced-fat sour cream |
1tbs spicy brown mustard |
1tsp minced garlic |
3/4tsp hot pepper sauce |
1/4tsp salt |
assorted fresh vegetables |
Directions:
1. In large saucepan,combine first eight ingredients. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat;simmer,uncovered for 7 to 8 mins.or till cheese is melted,stirring occasionally. 2. Serve warm with vegetables. |
