2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened, cut into 1 inch blocks |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed, drained |
1/2 cup heavy cream or 1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1/2 cup romano cheese |
1 garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Combine the ingredients in a food processor or beat with an electric mixer. 2. Spoon into a 9” pie plate. 3. Bake at 325° F for about 25 minutes. 4. Serve warm with low-carb vegetables and enjoy! |
