Warm Spinach and Potato Salad

Oil and vinegar, gently warmed a d drizzled over tiny potatoes and tossed with greens
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 teaspoon honey (to taste)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
2 cups small potatoes (boiled)
2 cups spinach
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and heat gently over low heat until warm. Drizzle .
2. Over potatoes and greens. Serve immediately. Also good cold the next day.
3. Time to cook is time to boil the potato if not already waiting in your fridge.
