Another easy recipe... Ingredients:
1 red onion, sliced |
1/2 cup sultana |
1 green apple, sliced |
1/2 red cabbage, sliced |
salt and pepper |
2 tablespoons raw sugar |
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in pan over moderate heat. 2. Saute onion, sultanas, apple and cabbage. 3. Toss 3-4 minutes. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Add sugar and vinegar, stir through. 6. Serve warm. |
