Oh my gosh. This dressing is so good I can't get enough of it. I obtained this from a friend who served it at a dinner party a few years go. Everyone HAD to have the recipe. I make this at least once a week and sometimes more to go over salads and have evern poured it over fresh strawberries and blueberries for a different twist. Read more . We love it. A great blend of flavors. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
1/2 cup pecans roughly chopped or broken |
Directions:
1. In small bowl combine vinegar, honey and mustard. 2. Set aside. 3. Heat oil in a small skillet until hot but not smoking. 4. Add vinegar mixture and pecans and cook stirring regularly for 3 minutes. |
