This is a delicious and very healthy treat. With only a few ingredients, it's clean, wholesome, and a great post-workout snack.
Ingredients:
1 medium banana, decently ripe
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon stevia truvia
Directions:
1. Coarsely mash banana in microwave-safe bowl with peanut butter.
2. Sprinkle with Truvia and microwave on high about 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the wattage of your microwave. You want to warm it, not cook it.
3. Stir together and enjoy with a nice glass of milk! Or hot chocolate. Whatever you like.
