Warm Pea Salad With Hazelnut Butter |

If you have a hard time getting your kids to eat their veggies try this. my kids love this Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted, peeled and coarsely chopped |
pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper |
1 lb sugar snap peas, trimmed |
1 lb snow peas, trimmed |
2 1/2 cups frozen peas |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in pan over medium heat. 2. Add hazelnuts. 3. Cook, stirring occasionally until butter is golden brown. 4. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil. 5. Cook sugar and snow peas for about 3 minutes. 6. Add frozen peas and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until hot and peas are tender; 7. drain well. Return to saucepan. 8. Add butter mixture. 9. Stir to coat |
