Warm New Potato And Green Bean Salad

A two-in-one picnic dish. Microwave makes it super easy. Just yummy, We find it is great with a yogurt marinated grilled chicken and I try to make blasted tomatoes as my other side. The frustrated designer in me has to have the tri-color food plate.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of olive oil
3 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1 clove of garlic minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
big pinch of black ground pepper
1/2 tsp of dried tarragon
1/2 tsp of dried basil leaves
l lb. of small new potatoes, scrubbed
1 large clove of garlic peeled and halved
1 tsp of fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 lb. of green beans tipped and trimmed
12 black olives
1/4 lb. feta cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Dressing:
2. combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices in small jar with a tight lid.
3. Shake and set aside.
4. Salad:
5. Scrub and cut potatoes in halves (bite-size pieces) depending on size.
6. In a 6 cup microwaveable casserole, combine potatoes, garlic and 1/4 cup of water. Cover and micowave at HIGH 8-10 minutes.
7. Stir or shake dish once while cooking.
8. Drain, discard garlic and transfer to a large bowl.
9. Pour dressing over hot potatoes.
10. Sprinkle on rosemary.
11. cover and let stand.
12. Place green beans in small microwaveable dish with 1/4 cup of water. Cover and microwave about 4-6 minutes.
13. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well.
14. Add to potatoes along with olives and crumble the feta cheese over all. Toss. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
