Warm Mediterranean Chickpeas Salad |

Very complete, nutritionally speaking. Great texture, tasty, oily and healthy in spite of that ;) Ingredients:
2 carrots |
1 big tomato |
1/2 little onionil |
150 g ham |
2 eggs |
150 g semi-cured cheese |
10 cl olive oil |
200 g chickpeas |
Directions:
1. Boil the chickpeas and the whole peeled carrots for 15 min. in the pressure cooker. 2. Boil the two eggs for 10 min. 3. Drain the chickpeas and the carrots and leave them release most of the heat 4. Peel the eggs 5. Peel and chop the tomato to aprox. 1 cubic cm slices 6. Chop the boiled carrots the same way 7. Chop onion in tiny slices 8. Chop ham and cheese (1 cubic cm aprox.) 9. Slice boiled eggs 10. Mix every chopped ingredient with the boiled chickpeas 11. Add salt 12. Spill with olive oil and mix all |
