A lemony version of the chocolate pudding cake thats been around a long time. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
3/4 cup sugar, scant |
2 egg yolks, beaten |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 cup milk |
2 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Cream: butter; flour; sugar;ADD: yolks, beaten; lemon juice; milk;Beat egg whites stiff. 2. Fold into batter;Bake in 8 ungreased dish set in a pan of water, 350, 35 minutes. 3. When cool, flip cake onto plate. 4. Sauce is now on top. |
