Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
2 tablespoons drained capers
1 medium garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
2 tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add oil. Add tomatoes, next 3 ingredients, and red pepper, if desired. Sauté 1 to 2 minutes or until tomato begins to soften. Stir in water and salt.
