1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved |
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves |
2 tablespoons drained capers |
1 medium garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional) |
2 tablespoons water |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add oil. Add tomatoes, next 3 ingredients, and red pepper, if desired. Sauté 1 to 2 minutes or until tomato begins to soften. Stir in water and salt. |
