This came from Fitness magazine. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/2-3/4 cup water |
1/4 cup oats |
1/2 cup chopped pear |
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds |
1 dash ground ginger |
2 teaspoons honey |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil; add oats and pear. Reduce heat and cook oats according to package directions. 2. Top with flaxseeds, ginger and honey. |
