                    Deliciously yummy pudding great for a cold winters night and wonderfully quick and simple to make Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup flour  |  
                                                4 teaspoons baking powder  |  
                                                1/3 cup sugar  |  
                                                1 egg  |  
                                                1/2 cup milk  |  
                                                3 tablespoons margarine, melted  |  
                                                3 tablespoons honey  |  
                                                3 tablespoons margarine  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Heat oven to moderate (180°C). 2. Grease a 20 cm round baking dish. 3. Sift flower& baking powder. 4. Add sugar to flour& mix. 5. Beat egg and milk. 6. Add egg mixture and the melted 3 tablespoons margarine to flour and blend gently (Do not overmix). 7. Bake for 30 minutes. 8. Melt the honey and 3 Tablespoons margarine. 9.
