Warm Fava Bean, Feta and Dill Salad |

Ingredients:
2 pound(s) fava beans, shelled |
4 tablespoon(s) olive oil, extra virgin |
3 whole(s) tomatoes, cut into squares |
1/2 cup(s) feta cheese, crumbled, preferrably sheep's milk feta |
4 clove(s) garlic, crushed |
3 tablespoon(s) dill, chopped |
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
1 pinch(s) kosher salt |
Directions:
1. ) Cook the fresh fava beans in boiling salted water until the beans become tender. 2. ) In a separate pan, heat oil and add the tomatoes and garlic. Heat the tomatoes until softened. 3. ) Add the feta and mix with the tomatoes and garlic in the pan. 4. ) In a bowl add fava beans, tomato mix, dill, salt and pepper and garnish with dill. |
