Warm Crab and Spinach Dip |

Serve this dip with French bread slices. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1/2 cup cream |
8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed |
1/4 cup spinach, chopped |
1/2 lb crabmeat |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in the top half of a double boiler. 2. Add the onions and garlic. 3. Cook until just soft. 4. Whisk in the cream and heat. 5. Slowly whisk in the Brie. 6. Simmer until melted. 7. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. 8. Serve warm. |
