Ingredients:
1 orange |
1 lemon |
1 teaspoon whole cloves |
2 quarts apple cider |
cinnamon sticks (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cut long strips of orange and lemon rind, reserving fruit for other uses. Insert cloves into rind strips. 2. Cook rind strips and cider in a Dutch oven over medium heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil.) Serve with cinnamon sticks, if desired. |
