Ingredients:
1 orange
1 lemon
1 teaspoon whole cloves
2 quarts apple cider
cinnamon sticks (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut long strips of orange and lemon rind, reserving fruit for other uses. Insert cloves into rind strips.
2. Cook rind strips and cider in a Dutch oven over medium heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. (Do not boil.) Serve with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
