Warm Chicken Pasta over Salad |

This is an easy, low fat recipe I got from e-mealz. You can make it healthier by replacing the oil for the pasta salad with Cesar or Italian fat free dressing. Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, pounded |
1 (7 3/4 ounce) box kraft italian pasta salad mix (or caesar) |
0.5 (10 ounce) bag romaine mixed salad greens |
Directions:
1. Prepare pasta mix as directed on box. 2. Sauté chicken in skillet until done. 3. Slice chicken in thin, 2 inch strips and add to prepared pasta mix. 4. Serve pasta over salad mix. |
