Warm Blue Cheese Dip W/ Garlic and Bacon |

Got this a few years ago from I HATE blue cheese, but I LOVE this Ingredients:
7 slices bacon |
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
1/4 lb blue cheese, crumbled |
2 tablespoons fresh chives |
1 loaf french bread, cut up in bie size pieces |
Directions:
1. Place bacon in large deep skillet. 2. Cook over medium high until brown. 3. Remove bacon from skillet, drain on paper towels and crumble. 4. Place garlic in hot bacon grease. 5. Cook and stir about 1 min, or until soft. 6. Remove from heat. 7. Preheat oven to 350. 8. place cream cheese and half and half in a medium bowl. 9. Blend with mixer. 10. stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese and chives. 11. Transfer to medium baking dish. 12. Bake covered for 30 minutes. 13. Serve with french bread. |
