This Warm Bacon Vinaigrette recipe goes with Grilled Farm Potatoes. Ingredients:
3 strips bacon, finely diced |
2 tablespoons water |
2 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon and water in a medium skillet over medium heat 4 minutes or until water has evaporated. Add oil; cook 2 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Remove from heat, and pour into a small bowl. Whisk in vinegar and remaining ingredients. |
