Ingredients:
1 whole(s) large onion sliced |
4 whole(s) mushroom sliced |
4 whole(s) unsmoked back bacon rasher sliced |
2 clove(s) garlic diced |
3 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise |
15 ounce(s) fusilli pasta |
Directions:
1. - Add the pasta to a large pan of salted boiling water and simmer for 10-12 minutes. 2. - While pasta cooks, slice the onion, mushroom and bacon into strips. 3. - In turn, fry the onion, then mushroom and bacon in a large pan adding the crushed garlic towards the end. 4. - Once the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the pan. Add the fried ingredients and stir in thoroughly. 5. - Add the mayonnaise and stir through once more. |
