This recipe goes with Roasted Sweet Potato Salad Ingredients:
4 bacon slices |
1/3 cup red wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons orange juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon slices in a large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon. 2. Stir vinegar and next 4 ingredients into hot drippings in skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring until thoroughly heated. Stir in bacon. |
