1 cup roughly chopped anchovy fillet |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon sherry wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine anchovies, oil, mustard, garlic, honey and vinegar and heat over simmering water in a double boiler, stirring until anchovies are dissolved, about 20 minutes. 2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat before serving. |
