I got this favorite recipe from a fundraiser cookbook COOKIN' FROM SCRATCH By Betty Teegarden and Friends Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 cup cracker crumb |
1 cup green pepper, chopped |
2 large eggs |
2 cups tomatoes |
salt |
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup |
1 onion, sliced |
5 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons catsup |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix meat mixture and mold into a dish. 2. Mix topping and pour over meat mixture. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
