Wanda's Rhubarb Cream Pie |

Really good pie..nutmeg makes the difference. This was my mother's recipe, so I don't know the origin. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white sugar |
1/4 cup flour |
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
3 eggs, beaten |
4 cups chopped rhubarb |
Directions:
1. Mix all together. 2. Pour into unbaked pie crust. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
