1 cup unsweetened kefir |
1 cup frozen unsweetened berries |
1 tablespoon sugar-free jam |
agave nectar |
1 tablespoon flax seed oil |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. makes 1 large serving. |
