Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 1/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1/8 teaspoon baking powder |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl until thick and tripled in volume; gradually add sugar, beating well. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Stir in walnuts. 2. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto parchment or aluminum foil-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 375° for 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on cookie sheets, and store in airtight containers. |
