Here's a nice stuffing for Fillet of Beef. You can use Hazelnuts if you like. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons butter |
1/2 cup finely chopped onion |
1/2 cup finely ground walnuts |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 bunch parsley, chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind |
3 teaspoons port wine |
Directions:
1. Heat butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan. 2. Saute onions for 5 minutes or until translucent. 3. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. 4. Stuff Beef fillet and cook to desired doneness. |
