2 small garlic cloves |
1 cup ricotta cheese |
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
12 fresh basil leaves, sliced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. With food processor running, drop garlic cloves through food chute; process until minced. Add cheeses and sugar; process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Add walnuts, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper; process until blended. |
