Walnut Rice With Poppy Seed Sauce

Just a kitchen experiment.
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup water
1/3 cup light coconut milk
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup milk
1 cup broccoli (steamed)
2 1/2 ounces walnuts
5 teaspoons cornstarch
2/3 cup water
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon poppy seed
Directions:
1. Cook rice in water, coconut milk, orange juice, and milk. Mix in broccoli and walnuts when done.
2. Combine other 8 ingredients together in a pot over medium heat and stir constantly until thick.
3. Pour sauce over rice and serve.
