This recipe is courtesy of one of my best friends and her mom. It is a modification of the original. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons walnut oil |
2 tablespoons canola oil (or 1 tblsp. olive and 1 tblsp. sunflower) |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
pepper |
salt |
parsley |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard (place a tablespoon in a jar of remove it. add this to the mix.) |
Directions:
1. Mix in a bowl. 2. Add greens on top and toss! |
