Walnut Noodles (Dios Metelt)

Hungarian walnut noodles.
Ingredients:
1 lb fettuccine noodles, preferably made with egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 lb walnuts
3 tablespoons butter
3 quarts water
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package, drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high and add the ground walnuts and sugar.
3. Stir until mixed.
4. Add noodles and toss to coat.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
